Trust and Obey
In a split second, almost seemingly, everything precious that you tried to keep together comes apart before your eyes, like a knitted sweater with a minor catch that causes the whole thing to unravel, leaving you disarrayed.
Then,His faithful, almighty hand came to rescue, acting as a buttress, helping to gain balance. Struggling to stand still, amid the tempestuous waves, and realised, The only palliative, comes from Him alone.
Grateful for the graceful results.

Finishing Well
Day1- Pride ( King Saul)
Not everyone who starts well ends well.
Obedience to God is better than Service for Him.
Six Steps of Obedience:
1) I hear 2) I understand 3) I remember 4) I decide 5) I do 6) I persist in doing
Value r/s with God more than honour before people.
Deal ruthlessly with pride before it hardens the heart.
Day2- Keeping out focus ( Solomon)
It is when we're at the weakest that we ask for the right thing. Keep the main thing the main thing and stick to it. We are nothing. Beware of the danger of acquiring many things.
Day3- Standing strong despite rejection (Samuel)
A tall tree without a strong trunk will fall at the slightest storm. Resist temptation to judge and blame others. Dont become like them. Let it pass and move on.
Day4 - Doubt( John the Baptist)
Know our focus, our story does not end on this life. What we dont know, we leave it to the Lord. Vengeance is not ours but the Lord's.
Day5- Failure( Peter)
Look not where you fall but where you trip. We are forgiven by our God, so accept forgiveness. Return to the Lord. Learn from failures.
Day6- Finishing Well (Paul)
The end of a matter is better than its beginning and patience is better than pride. Life mission in mind. Clear conscience Build lasting friendships

End of course
Durian tree @ NIE
The Gift Of Friends by Karin Schaefer
There are days when bubbling from us comes the innocent child within, who giggles at the little things and wears a silly grin.
There are days when melancholy comes to visit for a while; the mind feels tired, the body weak; we have no strength to smile.
There are days when joy abundant grabs a hold of you and me; wraps us up in all it's splendor, lifts us up and sets us free.
There are days when sorrow wraps us in its cloak of grief and fear, 'till our hearts ache to the breaking, 'till our eyes can't shed a tear.
There are days when love bestows us with its wonderment and light; with its beauty and most of all the precious gift of friends.
The short span of 3 months was really life-changing. The course enriched me with a spectrum of "eye-openers" academically, also manifested in interpersonal relations. Everyday was simply too fruitful. One of the most conspicuous recall was the knowledge that durian trees exist in nie and people actually fight over durians. Other than that,we've learnt where the "papa, and mamas"of resources stem from. I'll certainly miss the food, and not to forget the avoirdupois gained after consuming them.
Thank You for sustaining me throughout the whole course, and for friends that added life into my years. It wasnt a bit easy.

We speak to nations
Hear the sound The sound of the nations calling Hear the sound The sound of the fathers crying
Who will go for us Who will shout to the corners Of the earth That Christ is King
CHORUS We speak to nations Be open We speak to nations Fall on your knees We speak to nations The kingdom is coming near to you Oh we speak to strongholds Be broken Power of darkness You have to flee We speak to nations The kingdom is coming near to you We speak to you Be free be free
Hear the sound The sound of the nations worshipping Hear the sound Of sons and daughters singing We will go for you We will shout to the corners of the earth That Christ is King
